The new office complex for the Federal Bank in Halle is the starting for a new garden-city-style development.
Core element of the new park is the lake. It works both as a natural seperation between the office complex and the employees’ residentials and as a stormwater storage and filtrition system.
The materials used for the park reflect both the character of the surrounding 19th century urbanisation and the moderism of the architecture.
