The largest German ‘Open Air Shopping Center‘ in Boshum was opened on 04.11.2015, after a mere two years of planning and implementation, for a completely new experience value.
The design strategy included a complete renovation of the natural stone surfaces into an elaborate radial hardscape pattern, and an entire upgrade of the outdoor furniture that was underlined with numerous high-quality border edging.
The surrounding large parking areas, with a total of 4,800 spaces, have also experienced a complex remodeling with new marking concepts, orientation systems and a renewal of the lighting system.
