Westpoint is a mixed-use development located 17 kilometers northwest of downtown Hanoi. Its position close to Highway No.32 allows for quick access from the site to both the city and Hanoi international airport.
The project consists mainly of residential buildings ranging from single villas and terrace houses to high-rise apartment buildings. Kindergarten, school and sports facilities provide social infrastructure; shops and other areas for public use are integrated in high-rise buildings at ground level.
The intersecting boulevard and public park strips form a prominent cross form, dividing the residential areas into intermediate portions and establishing the public open space. As a unit, the green strips provide a variety of functions including a representative entrance to sports fields, playgrounds, shady promenades and quiet green pockets for an estimated 22,000 residents.
